Co Curricular

We as an institution believe that the co- curricular activities helps to develop various facets of the personality development of the child and students and thus we have the following programs in our school and what we believe are the benefits for the same.

 

Yoga- Enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness, Manage stress through breathing, awareness,
meditation and healthy movement.

 

Martial Arts- Creates a sense of self discipline, , improves overall health, reflexes, builds strength, learns to take instructions.

 

Music- Improves coordination, encourages concentration, develops patience, improves self confidence, helps in the relaxation of
mind soul and body
