Green School Award
Received the Green School Award from the Centre for Science and Environment , New Delhi for the environment friendly practices of the school in the year 2009 and 2012.
Ranked 8th at the National level among 5,000 competing schools.
Award recognises the school’s initiatives in improving rain water harvesting systems, water conservation practices (sprinkler and pot irrigation), managing revenue generating kitchen garden, formulation of organic pesticide, segregating waste at collection points and adopting best practices in 3Rs (reduce, reuse and recycle).
Ms. Priyanka and Team (IX A) won the National level award for their Project “FEMO”- Fuel and Energy from Micro-organisms, which was organised by National Children Science Congress conducted at Banaras Hindu University Varanasi from 27th to 31st Dec 2012.
In 2012 , We received a Blue Rating Sanitation Certificate from the CBSE in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resources Development, India for our efforts to provide good sanitation facilities to our students. A blue rating indicates that our facilities and practices are very good. We hope to a green rating very soon.

Excellence in Sports
- Our under 14 Hand ball team for Girls won the National Championship among CBSE schools in the year 12-13.
- Our under 19 Girls’ team for Hand Ball won the South Zone championship among the CBSE schools in the year 13-14 .
- Our under 19 Girls’ team for Hand Ball won the South Zone championship among the CBSE schools for the third consecutive year in 14-15.
- Our student won the CBSE excellence sports award in Handball from HRD Minister Mrs. Smriti Zubin Irani .
