THYAGARAJAN VENKATARAMAN retired as the Senior Vice President of the Bus Business of Ashok Leyland in 2017 and then served as Advisor to the MD for another year. Having been certified in 2017 as a Leadership and Business Coach from the Graduate School of Coaching, viz. Coaching Foundation of India, he continues to coach CEOs and functionalleaders in Automotive, IT, HR, and Retail oriented companies.
He was CEO and Director in companies dealing with several International Brands in the Automotive field (Toyota, Mercedes Benz, Skoda, Nissan, Komatsu, Mitsubishi, Hyundai,Ashok Leyland). He has a rich experience of 37 years both in India and abroad.
He has served on the Board of various companies in the Amalgamation and the Ashok Leyland group including running AL’s Bus making company Optare in UK.
He is also on the Advisory Council of NITTR (National Institute of Technical Teacher’s Training and Research) and has an illustrious educational background from I I T Madras, M S in Industrial Management, Marketing and Organisation Behaviour; R E C Kurukshetra, B E
(Hons) in Mechanical Engineering. He is EQi 2.0 certified on Emotional Intelligence from MHS Australia. He is currently the Vice President of the Chennai Chapter of CFI.
He is also currently the Ombudsman for Ashok Leyland.

Professor Sadagopan- Former Director (President of IIIT Bangalore (a PHD granting University).
He obtained his PhD Degree from Purdue University, USA in 1979.
His research interests include Operations Research, Decision Theory, Multi-criteria optimization, Simulation, Enterprise computing, ERP, Supply Chain optimization, IT in education, Multimedia and e-Governance.
Professor Sadagopan is a Fellow of the UK’s IET (formerly IEE), Computer Society of India and Institution of Engineers (India). He is a Senior Member of the IEEE and ACM. Professor Sadagopan’s research work has appeared in several international journals including IEEE Transactions, European J of Operational Research, J of Optimization Theory & Applications, Naval Research Logistics, Simulation and Decision Support Systems. He is a referee for several journals and serves on the editorial boards of many journals.
Professor consults extensively to some of the largest private & public sector corporations in India, in Computing, Communications, Software, Automotive, Oil and Power industries as well as social sector. He is a member of the Board of Directors of several private and public sector corporations; he is also a member of the Board of Studies of several Universities.
Professor Sadagopan is a featured Columnist for Times of India (the world’s largest English Newspaper) and several magazines.

Mr. Rangan Mohan is a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the University of Madras in India and is a Post Graduate in Management Studies from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Mr. Mohan started his career with CMC Ltd. and then moved to Wipro Infotech Ltd. before joining Mphasis BFL. Thereafter, Mr. Mohan was the CEO of Global H Software Ltd. Subsequently, Mr. Mohan held the position of ‘President and CEO’ of IT division of Hinduja TMT Ltd. Mr. Mohan is currently on the Boards of several IT Companies and advising them in their growth strategies. These include Companies engaged in Enterprise Services Management, audio/video embedded software development and Business Intelligence. Mr. Mohan is active in several associations such as NASSCOM – the National Association of Software Companies, CSI – the Computer Society of India and ESC- the Society for Export of Software from India. He is a working member of the IT Committee of the Confederation of Indian lndustry and is a well-respected speaker in several fora such as national and regional level seminars and educational institutions.
