Shri Balachander N V is currently serving as the Director of Ashok Leyland Foundation. He has rich experience in Human Resources Management with more than three decades of experience in the field. He held various leadership positions in corporate.
He is a speaker in the fields of Human Resources, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability and Skill Development.
He mentors and coaches start ups and academic institutions across the country.
From 2012-2022 he had served as Chief Human Resources Officer and President for Brand & Corporate Communication, Corporate Affairs and Environmental, Social and Governance in Ashok Leyland.
He had served as the President and Chief People Officer in Aditya Birla Group from 2002 to 2012.
He holds master’s in social work from Loyola College; Chennai and he was adjudged as Most Distinguished Alumni Award in the year 2018 by Loyola College.
He was the Chairman of Southern Region of Confederation of Indian Industries for HR and IR committees.
He was also the Chairman of the SIAM HR Council and ASDC.
He is interested in to build knowledge and capability in the discipline of HR, across all industry segments and academia using his expertise and to lead and partner in social impact initiatives in the areas of Providing quality education in underserved communities, Sustainability and Indian craft preservation

Professor Sadagopan- Former Director (President of IIIT Bangalore (a PHD granting University).
He obtained his PhD Degree from Purdue University, USA in 1979.
His research interests include Operations Research, Decision Theory, Multi-criteria optimization, Simulation, Enterprise computing, ERP, Supply Chain optimization, IT in education, Multimedia and e-Governance.
Professor Sadagopan is a Fellow of the UK’s IET (formerly IEE), Computer Society of India and Institution of Engineers (India). He is a Senior Member of the IEEE and ACM. Professor Sadagopan’s research work has appeared in several international journals including IEEE Transactions, European J of Operational Research, J of Optimization Theory & Applications, Naval Research Logistics, Simulation and Decision Support Systems. He is a referee for several journals and serves on the editorial boards of many journals.
Professor consults extensively to some of the largest private & public sector corporations in India, in Computing, Communications, Software, Automotive, Oil and Power industries as well as social sector. He is a member of the Board of Directors of several private and public sector corporations; he is also a member of the Board of Studies of several Universities.
Professor Sadagopan is a featured Columnist for Times of India (the world’s largest English Newspaper) and several magazines.

Mr. Rangan Mohan is a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the University of Madras in India and is a Post Graduate in Management Studies from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Mr. Mohan started his career with CMC Ltd. and then moved to Wipro Infotech Ltd. before joining Mphasis BFL. Thereafter, Mr. Mohan was the CEO of Global H Software Ltd. Subsequently, Mr. Mohan held the position of ‘President and CEO’ of IT division of Hinduja TMT Ltd. Mr. Mohan is currently on the Boards of several IT Companies and advising them in their growth strategies. These include Companies engaged in Enterprise Services Management, audio/video embedded software development and Business Intelligence. Mr. Mohan is active in several associations such as NASSCOM – the National Association of Software Companies, CSI – the Computer Society of India and ESC- the Society for Export of Software from India. He is a working member of the IT Committee of the Confederation of Indian lndustry and is a well-respected speaker in several fora such as national and regional level seminars and educational institutions.

Sumita Pillai is a seasoned educator and special education specialist with extensive experience guiding parents, teachers, and children. She has worked in schools across India and internationally, and has served as a resource person for governmental organizations, universities, and NGOs.
As a founder-member of the NGO SpecialEd, she has played a pivotal role in organizing teacher training workshops in collaboration with leading specialists. Her contributions to the field were recognized by the Government of Israel, which selected her to study Special Education Models in the country.
Sumita is the author of the teacher training book “Reaching Every Child in the Classroom”, published by Notion Press. Her work has also included developing audio-visual training scripts for CBSE and NCERT, and contributing to initiatives by organizations such as the Learning Links Foundation and Azim Premji University.
